Windows 7 doesn't shut down:

After 2 days my laptop did not shut down, i managed to find out a solution by myself:

1) Start -> Shut down (nothing happens);

2) Start -> All programs -> Utilities -> Execute;

3) Digit "shutdown /f " and press enter;

4) Your pc shall switch off properly, and the issue is solved...
